Damaged or Defective Items: Please examine your order promptly upon receipt. If the item(s) is defective, damaged, incomplete, or if you received the wrong product, contact us at info@chillhippo.com. This will allow us to assess the problem and take appropriate action to resolve it.

Refunds: If your item is found to be defective, please ensure it is returned with tags still attached and accompanied by the original packing slip. We will provide instructions for return shipping.
